From the 1st of July we have several startup spaces available in our Amsterdam Venture Studio in the Amsterdam Health & Technology Center. You will be part of the vibrant ecosystem of healthtech related startups, scale-ups and bigger organizations, such as Sanofi, NLC – the Healthtech Venture Builder and Amsterdam UMC. We regularly organize events where you can get to know likeminded entrepreneurs and can enlarge your network with organizations that work in the building & area. You also have access to the ahti startup-network (a.o. HealthInc, Startupbootcamp and IXA).

AHTC

The office building in Amsterdam South East is easily accessible via the nearby highway and public transport (bus, train & metro at Station Holendrecht). It also has its own parking garage with bicycle storage and charging options for electrical bikes. At the entrance of the building there is (also during the past corona-lockdown) a general reception, coffee corner and lunch facilities.

Amsterdam Venture Studio’s – C5 floor

We have several units available that we rent out as a complete package that includes a shared pantry unit (fridge, coffee/tea, dishwasher) and toilet group on the same floor; several conference rooms, meeting tables and phone boots with VC-possibilities, as well as our big indoor terrace. Rent includes cleaning services of all contact points (daily) and office (twice a week). We offer high-speed internet (cable and wireless), a scanner/printer/copier and bioscan entrance control.

Your office

The unit that you will be renting is situated on the 5th floor and gives you access to all the facilities and rooms mentioned above. It includes a furnished office with a lockable door, with 4 – 8 desks (depending on which space you will rent) and storage closets. The rental price for the unit includes all facilities and services (cleaning, IT etc) and the service fee for the building. Duration of the contract is undetermined with a mutual notice period of 6 months (as of the first of the month). We have two units available:
– Unit with 6-8 desks, including the use of all communal spaces and facilities
– Unit with 4 desks, including the use of all communal spaces and facilities
